Well were we are we have an apartment complex right across and behind us. Sooo, I would have to say a Coffee Shop/Cafe!

  We have all of them - 24 hr coffee shop in our parking lot (think unpaid security guard), along with HOA housing (can only park 1 car in driveway), senior living communities (gotta store their belongings somewhere) and apartments with limited storage (Christmas decorations).  Oh, ya, and the church next door where they have to drive right by us to get there (free advertising).

I for sure would not have this useless park the city put in that doesn't get used except to attract homeless =/ we have a college in the city and apartments fairly close. We also have a gun store caddy corner to us. I would most definitely have a coffee shop mmm coffee

Our current neighbor is a hardware store. I don't know that it does anything for us specifically, but we've gotten along well for the last decade

If I had a choice, I would stay right in a New York hotel, because the value for money there is the best. Personally, I like the New Luxe King Room, it has huge beds and a mini movie theater in the apartment. If you want to visit New York sometime. Also, the AAA discounts are there.
