How do I change the days from 38 to 30 on when a rate increase letter is printed?

I believe what you want is under Company - Price Optimizer - Tenant Rate Optimization. There is a field on the right side about 1/2 way down that says
Send rental rate increase notice xx days in advance of rent increase. You can change the number to be whatever you want.
Even if you don't have Tenant Rate Management enabled, this field still controls the letters (to the best of knowledge).5
