Has anyone had any issues with Sitelink allowing multiple reservations for the same unit?

    We have not had this particular issue with Sitelink. Our website has attempted to reserve the same unit for more than one customer. Due to the overlap we no longer reserve units. We let it be known that our units are on a first come first serve basis. Usually, this guarantees a rental because once you let them know that there is no guarantee the unit will be available, they will rent the unit immediately.

    We have had multiple reservations for the same unit. It was more a call center problem not Sitelink.
