    Walkthru - ensure every rented/vacant/unrentable/overlocked etc. match up 100%. Cash audit, look over credits issued/discounts given. Check for deleted payments, lead follow ups being done, collection calls being done, merchandise inventory, marketing efforts. If you have access to recorded calls you should be monitoring those to ensure proper phone techniques. Outside of the office you need to check the property for cleanliness, maintenance items, security issues etc..

    Would looking into customer information on file be important (autobill information up to date, contract up to date, etc.)?

    Yes, you want to make sure your employees are putting information in correctly. So if your stores policy is whatever they put on the info sheet is what goes into sitelink, you make sure they are doing that and not going by what is on the drivers license. If there is an autopay, make sure they have the form filled out. It really depends on how DEEP of an audit you're wanting to do.
