How to move -out

My customer moved in and bought a lock then decided they could not pay and would be back later. Now its the next day...how do I move out with the lock on the account and make everything correct on system?

    You should be able to go into the payment screen for that customer and click on Edit Charges Payments. Click on the lock and then click Delete the Selected Charge. That will remove the lock and then you can do a Move-Out.
