Which method of accepting reservations yields the highest conversion to rental?

This poll should have a line that includes from a phone call to a call center or to a site. I have found that when a manager answers the phone they get a better response rate than thru a call center.

@Karla, yes that's another scenario for reservations, thanks for adding that as a comment! We may have missed some other options–people can always just choose the answer that fits best and add a better explanation into the thread. The poll doesn't allow editing unfortunately, I guess to keep it on the up-and-up

But it's good to know that in your experience a manager gets a better response rate than a call center. Anyone else agree?
