Reminders - Call Past Dues

Where do you set the number of days the tenant needs to be late before this reminder comes up?

This is done in your Setup menu, under Past Due Schedule. The event is called "Call Delinquent Tenants." You can set this event to occur on your preferred day and mark it as "used" at your site. Once this is done, the Call Past Dues reminder will follow this setting. 

Please note that if this event is not "used" at your site, the Call Past Dues reminder will populate all tenants who are at least one day late.

ok thanks - I couldn't figure out why it was showing up even though it wasn't marked as used.
