Can tenants sign a lease with SiteLink software?

When people shop for self-storage management software, our sales team gets this question about electronic signatures and leases fairly often. 

Q. Can tenants sign a lease on your software? If so, is mine uploaded or do you provide a state specific lease?

A: We have a built in feature called eFile management that includes a Docusign-like feature we call SiteLink eSign. It is customizable and do-it-yourself simple. You may either have an existing lease uploaded or simply copy/paste an existing lease into our editor (this is what most of our customers do). eSign has email forensic tracking logged and stored with the lease. Leases are searchable and auditable even after move-out. Each lease is stored for at least 7 years after move out. There are other tools in eFile management that are designed to create a paperless business. It is worth noting that all of this is included with the base subscription no charges for e-leasing or any of the paperless office features.
