The former owners of a Hawaii self-storage facility have purchased the highly-visible property in the growing Honolulu neighborhood of Kakaako at the corner of Cooke and Queen streets, Pacific Business News has learned.
Tod Tsukano and John Morioka, who head Cooke Street Investment LLC, and were former owners of Stor-Secure Self-Storage at Hawaii Kai, purchased the 9,914-square-foot property that has a 4,319-square-foot building on it at 625 Cooke St. for $2.5 million, public records show.
