Is it possible to call, text or email the tenant from MyHub?

Hello @LSAirport, myHub is constantly developing and will include all of the features that you find in Web Edition and more. Web Edition has the capability to text a tenant directly from the software, and myHub will have it as well in future updates. 

You can always add reminders to contact/follow-up with tenants. A SiteLink Marketplace partner integration can set up a calling feature for you, as well as texting or emailing/mailing on an automatic basis. This is done with API integrations and many of our customers find this service very valuable.
