In myHub, spelling errors might show up underlined in red but that's a function of your browser and is not a part of the myHub software.
It is helpful when errors are flagged, but there are currently no plans to add spell check as a feature into Web Edition.0 -

I strongly recommend spell check as well. This will be so useful. Especially when sending out e-mails through sitelink.1

So I asked our development team directly about spell check in Web Edition and here's the scoop: We have investigated this in the past and the solutions available are not reliable. While feedback is one core element of our continued growth, the team focuses on solid enhancements that ensure program stability. Unfortunately, spell check implementation options for Windows applications just don't deliver this.
Don't forget, when you're using myHub your browser can flag spelling errors so that's always a good option!0 -

I asked Sitelink about an "edit" function for notes awhile back, and tech support told me flat out "NO, it's a loss prevention issue"
I understand not wanting "SYSTEM" notes to be edited (e.g. payment reversed, discount, over locked etc...) but staff typed notes really should be editable... at very least until a Daily Close is performed. I cant tell you how many times a note was typed in the wrong account!
There should be a way to lock all system related notes (any note placed by Sitelink itself) and still allow for staff notes to be editable.

Spellcheck isn't that big of an issue in my experience, most human brains are pretty good at reading things correctly even when spelled incorrectly. I'll take notes spelled good or bad, as long as they actually PUT the notes. I don't even mind acronyms as I use quite a few myself in notes to save space.
Now as far as emails going out to tenants, through sitelink itself I only send pre-made templates for items. If it's actual correspondence back and forth between a tenant I use Outlook which takes care of grammar and spellcheck already.
