Sue_C Daily Operations Certified, Advanced Operations Certified, Administrator Certified ✭✭✭✭✭OptionsHello, @LSAirport, you might create an anonymous lead in myHub's Lead to Lease if the person just doesn't want to give you much information–but you still want to have a record of that call/email/etc just to show that it happened.
When you click the Anonymous Lead checkbox in Lead to Lease, you're required to select a unit type and origination in order to submit the lead. You can also add notes and reminders for follow-ups if needed.0
