Late letters not printing....

For some reason when I am processing my late letters from the task menu the fees are being added but they are not printing after they process. I have to go back in and check all the tenants and print from the letters section.  I do not remember having to do this before?  Is this something that changed in the last update?

    Hello @LisaMarie71, it's possible the past due event only has a fee assigned and no letter. Please call tech support directly (919-865-0789 option 2) so they can investigate. Good luck!
