Why can't we use NSF keywords in our custom reports (i.e. NSF.ReturnCheckAmount, etc.)?

We have created many custom reports, and while I'm not thrilled with the formatting and WYSIWYG of the Crystal Reports interface, it's workable. However, I'm mystified as to why some keywords are OK to use, and some are restricted.

Hello @kenmore, that's a great question. I asked for tech support's input on this issue and here's the scoop: Keywords generate information based on context, without which the program is unable to provide the data. When a custom form is generated, there is no data for NSF.ReturnCheckAmount. This data is calculated when the actual NSF reversal occurs, and the reversal notice is created.

    Hope this helps!
