Facility Units

What is the best way to enter units into SiteLink that the facility is using? It is units we are using for things like maintenance and extra supplies. I was wondering what most facilities do and what is the best way to enter into the system?

I move them in as a comp unit with monthly rent as $0.00 Then make a note on the map of what each unit is...Shop /boxes and supplies

We do the same as skinman; rent the unit to "Office" with a zero dollar rent amount.

Thank you for the suggestion that is a great way to enter into the system and I will get that taken care of today.
