Writing off bad debts

Is there any way to UNwrite off bad debts? Like when they come in to pay their balance long after it's been written off?

You can recreate the rent charges and create and administrative fee or adjustment for fees.

But if you have already written it off and the unit is on to someone else, let them keep there money.

Apparently they are not deadbeats but somebody who went through a very hard patch and is trying to make things right. Letting them keep their money would go a long way in blessing them.

Blessing them? Blessings will not pay my property taxes. You cannot use a product without paying for it.
