credited rent from first day of the month moved out units

it´s first day of the month and got to sign off or move out from system vacated units. is there any way that credited rent doesn´t  go as a bad debt increasing concession?

Don't mark it as "bad debt" when moving it out, it gives you the options. You can just leave it sitting on the account, useful if ever there's an auctioned unit or skip who wants to move in again down the road. We would tell them they have to pay what they still owed us which you could find by just looking at the moved out account then.
