ACH processing question

Has anyone that has been changed from ACH ExChange to Profituity had processing issues? We have pending ach payments form 11/16/17  to 11/27/17.
It seems Site Link and Profituity are not communicating upon the committing process.  Just wondering if anyone else has had issues?

    @websterb Hopefully, our tech support was able to help you. You may have looked at the report during a gap in the sweep while the transactions were being transitioned from Pending to Sent. If you have any more questions, feel free to send me a private message.
