There are 2 of them at least, both are horror/thrillers I somehow missed

Has anyone seen:

The Hoarder - "A young woman enters an underground storage facility, where she soon finds herself trapped and stalked by a killer"
Self Storage - "The friends of a night watchman, at a highly secured self storage facility, are home from college and looking to party"

I can just imagine what happens...thoughts anyone?

um...no thanks!!!  It's enough to make me have nightmares and then think about it when I'm on property doing something they did in the movie....SHUDDER
