Web Payments slow to update tenant account

Why does it seem like it takes forever for SiteLink to update a SOME tenant account after they make a web payment? This has happened on more than one occasion: Sent tenant rent reminder, tenant logs in their account and pays in full. We receive payment notification but the tenant remains on the collection list until after the credit card settlement. The payment does show up on our proof edit when we close out our day. Just wondering?

    Hi @LeesaS, you may want to try running our standard diagnostics if you haven't done this already. Diagnostics are located on the Welcome screen > Maintenance > Standard Diagnostic Tests > Run Tests.

    This will flag any system that is not working properly as Failed. Further instructions are available if you double-click on the Failed item.

    If that doesn't help, feel free to call our friendly and helpful customer support department for assistance (there's hardly any wait time) at 919-865-0789 option 2. It's best if you can call them as the problem is happening.
