Dropping Rates

When " batch modifying" units and changing the rate for a single size unit does it change the current tenants rent when changing the standard rate or will it change standard rate on the unit when the tenant vacates?

We are dropping our 10x10 price and I do not want to batch modify the unit and it change current tenant rates.

When you batch edit standard rates any unit that is currently rented will not change until the tenant vacates.
