Why is it a manager's fault when a customer doesn't pay their bill on time? Is everyone in society a potential projector of grumpy? When does self accountability kick in, in a customer's head? 24 years worth and it never changes...#ventingintexas #grrrr  :/

    Grumpy doesn't bother me as much is idiocy lol. Like right now we're on a company conference call and the same past due tenant has called back to back 7 times so far and wont simply leave a message on the voicemail.
