Full time Storage manager for Outbox Self Storage-new facility in the Surfside beach area of Myrtle Beach.

You will manage the office, rent units, sell boxes and supplies, run reports and meet with ownership, perform rent raises, collections, marketing, work with property maintenance, and most importantly, be the reason people choose to rent with us!

Willingness and ability to work at least one weekend day if necessary
Superior customer service skills & sales ability
Excellent phone demeanor
Computer literate with solid office skills
Successful in a team environment
Physical ability to clean units or do light janitorial as needed
Able to lift up to 40 pounds
Willing and able to give customer property tours in all kinds of weather

Take-charge mentality, yet able to follow set procedures
Ability to handle all personality types, be tough but fair
Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and current insurance
At least one year of Self Storage experience

Sitelink experience a plus
