I'm all for adding delinquency %'s to bonus criteria, but I see it more as an overall facility health range; "if the store delinquency rate is under X %"
How would you measure / set the goal for charges? Would it be by employee, or the whole store.
The only possible issue I could see is employees possibly violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act in an attempt to reach the goal.
