Is there a method , within the sitelink software that clients can log on to the system and pay their bill?

I don't know if it is included with the web edition subscription, or is an additional fee based service.
Give Sitelink a call once the storm is over & I'm sure they can go over the options available.
If you go to our company website for example, ( www.capitolaselfstorage.com ) you will see a "Pay Online" tab along the top; just to show what the interface looks like.
