Wow!  Just got this from Mini-Co.  It never occurred to me to think about all those storage facilities.  I can't blame Mini-Co.  I'd do the same thing.

For self-storage owner/operators who have facilities located in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, and offer one of MiniCo's tenant insurance programs, please be aware that a moratorium has been issued for these states. No new business can be bound for self-storage or mobile contents insurance in these areas until this moratorium is rescinded.
