Hi! we are a new facility and are doing our first Pre Lien. Do all Preliens/Liens look the same? Can I get some examples? we are using the standard form from sitelink right now.

@Cheryl_Hutching - Where are you located?  States differ in what's required in a Pre-Lien or Lien notices and the timeframes to send; most  have a State Self Storage Association that you can go and get updates on your states laws etc..

If your in California, its under Business and professions code 21700 - 21716 (with examples of notices too)
