"Set & Forget" Issues

Has anyone else having issues with this new feature? I had a few of my tenants mention that they did not receive their invoice after I had set this up. I even tested it out using my own email address and there was nothing in my inbox or junk/spam. I have notified Sitelink of this issue but I was curious to see if anyone else was having problems.
