Is it possible to edit the lease date on a customer's account?  We are signing new leases for all customers and this would be very handy.

If you are asking to change a tenants "due date" that's pretty easy:

From Main screen.

Company ---> Utilities ---> Edit Anniversary Bill Date

Now, if you are asking to change the actual lease start date, you can. but everyone will tell you its not a good idea. There is a way to do it, but it involves advanced permissions, and let me stress this, everyone I've spoken to says its not a good thing to do...at all...ever.

Even if you have your tenant(s) signing new leases, the new lease takes precedent, but you still want the history, paper trail, and original lease date.
