AVS Mismatches-How do you clear them out of reminders?

The only way that I know of, since AVS is optional, is to go into the ledger settings for each tenant.. Go to auto Bill and hit edit...Then under Optional-Address Verification Services.... Delete the postal code and Billing Street Address..

Then hit OK. One by one it will remove the card mismatch from your reminders drop down on the operations screen.

I have done this with multiple tenants whom we have updated their card info several times, and it still states no match. The cards on auto pay still go through fine
