We are new to Esign, Just set up this week.
Two questions.

1) Does eSign have to print out the "Signature Certificate" page when we print the signed document for the tenant?  
We are getting the signed document printed, then on a separate piece of paper, "Signature Certificate" with Document reference is printing out.  It also has "Timestamp and "Audit" on it.

2) How can we delete the "Voided" documents in Esign Console.  
We have Voided "froms" in there from our practice, "Test" setup and I would like to clear out that clutter.....Can this be done?

We just email our tenants the e-signed copy for their records.  But to answer your first question, when you pull up/open the E-sign and choose to print, your printer should have a pop-up before you finalize the printing.  There you can select "print pages 1-5" for example.  Whatever is listed, just change it to one number less.  or 1- the number of pages you actually want to print.

2)  There is no way that I know of to Delete "Voided" docs.  They will "disappear" into the background after a certain length of time.  This is probably there for legal/audit reasons.  Especially if it was voided after printing/emailing tenant.  You want to keep your docs.
