How do I change when a tenant is automatically locked out?

Every month SiteLink automatically locks out tenants, that have a balance, on the 6th, but I don't "overlock" the units until the 7th.  How do I change this so either SiteLink locks them out on the 7th or not at all?

Not 100%, but I believe its in Set up>program defaults.  If you want it to overlock on 7th day, put it as 6 days past due.

Can the Overlock & Overlock fee be set up to process automatically, the same way the late fees are done?
