Online Move Ins - Units Under Maintenance

Good Morning, 

Wondering if there is a feature that can be used both on MyHub & on WebEdition of SiteLink. We are using the Online move in feature SiteLink offers & need to change units that are currently under maintenance to not show up online. 
Currently, I am changing them to "unrentable" in the Modify Units screen, and then back to rentable when they are fixed. Is there an easier way to flag a unit so it doesn't prompt on the online move ins?

It wouldn't save you any steps but just to classify it differently if you'd like they also have the "Exclude from website" checkbox you could use.

We mark all units as "unavailable" or "unrentable" when vacated.  After cleaned and prepped we change it back.
