Report Creation

I am attempting to create a report that will show me where my busiest days/times of operation are (over the past year).  I am pretty sure I KNOW the answer, but I want to see it in a report   Thank you for your help.  I'm still trying to get familiar with this forum.  Hope I've posted this request in the appropriate place.

Hourly activity>Start and End Dates for what you want. I literally just used this report at a site to educate them on their busiest days as they were completely opposite of what they thought.
