Move Out Refund with Credit on Account

Tenant vacated 2/28/19.  They had a credit of $75.48 that had previously been applied to March rent of $170.00. It doesn't change the figures if I click the Waive all fees dated after move out box. Or the Prorate rent box. Or both.  Any suggestions.  I also tried changing move out date to 3/1. Thanks.

I think I remember seeing that you can not prorate out with a refund for any units that received a credit.  What we do is process a refund manually by calculating what the refund would have been and then write in the Notes the refund amount and why it was manually calculated.
