Unable to View E-sign Document Content when Signing

Has anyone else had an issue being able to view the content of a returned E-sign "Awaiting Manager's Signature"? This started happening last week and I tried running a Live Update to fix this issue but it is still continuing. I haven't had any tenants say anything so I think it is only happening on this end. It allows me to sign the document but it does not show any signatures or content. The signatures and content appear once completed.
