Online payment with a discount for multiple months

When a tenant comes in or pays online and they pay for 3 months or more at a time they receive a 10% discount for each month.  Is there a way that a tenant who is paying online can receive the credit?

If allowed you can adjust it as a credit manually, but I like your question we have a 13th month free when pre-paid 12 months and they can't do it online or with the call center. They have to do it in house.
