How do I add a cut lock fee to a tenant

Go into the tenants unit and provided that its already set up go to edit charges and payments and select lock cut fee. It will allow you to put in an amount after you click it and add the amount click ok it will ask if you want to add the charge select yes and it should be added

that's very interesting, at our store it is under merchandise with two rates, with a lock, or without.
