Update Information

Does anyone have an update information letter they use? We have a few tenants who's phone numbers have been disconnected for a while and I was wondering if anyone had any kind of form for this? Thank you =)

    We periodically try to update when a payment is made so we stay on top of it!

    Also we send out a new CC Auto Chg form which enables us to capture updated info on our Auto Chg customers!

    We have a custom made form to email and mail to tenants. Not all of them fill them out and return them tho. After several failed attempts, I disable their web access if they pay online. That way they have to call me or come in ;)
