Past due schedule - feature request

Every company we have worked for we put in our own past due email schedule in that we made years ago. It would be nice when creating something in the past due schedule if we had the option of selecting the predefined email template it uses.

We can select the desired form to attach automatically but the last step to sending the emails is we have to select the predefined template to correspond to how far past due they are as our templates are based on date ranges. While we have been doing it for years and havn't had issues we have had some assistants who aren't used to it send out past due emails with the wrong template. Having 300+ customers 1 day past due getting lien notice worded emails does not make for a fun day of answering phones.

Could you have each "letter" associated with the relevant fee already formatted and send it without choosing a "predefined message"? Just send the letter itself as the already formatted email inline and attached? This is basically what we do, so we rarely have to use the predefined messages.

Pretty sure that is how I set mine up in the Past Due Schedule.
