Trouoble Signing on for First Time

Is anyone else having issues signing on?  I get my credentials in and it starts to load but the blue bar doeesnt move and it says ready.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.  I turned off firewall, I disabled UAC.  I still cannot get it to actually startup.
