IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A GATE CODE FOR INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYEES?

Yes.  It's easiest to do if you have a unit "rented" to your company.  If you do, then go to Access and select the unit.  On the bottom left, click ADD.  Set up the new user.  Then click the --> to add to the user to the unit and click OK.

If you don't have a company unit, then you'll have to add the employee directly in the gate system.  That will vary by what gate system you have.

Depends on your gate system, as mentioned. For StorLogix it's: Users>Add>Type in their name>Type an access code>Assign>then assign access level>Save

We Use Storelogix too, and yes its that easy to do.

Not only can you assign separate codes for your employees and/or contractors...

*We also have business accounts that have separate codes for each employee.

*Also it's VERY slick to be able to temporarily assign an access code to a tenant's moving company... Storelogix allows you to set expiration dates for assigned codes; put temp code into system with the dates of the move and forget about it.

yes! The temp code part is one of my fav "features"

We are with Storilogix also. we even set different contractors, mowers, maintenance their own gate code. We can add business storage tennets with different employees their own gate code under the same unit.
