go to company and then edit rent we up the rent every 170 days here so we click days same until the longest time is displayed and everyone 170 days or more gets an increase. We do t a month in advance so if they are due 7/24/19 we make it take affect 8/25/19 if it won't be a month make sure to do it up another month to give them time to receive it
