Sometimes when I move in a new tenant it doesn't prorate them for the month. It wants to charge full price . Any body else have this problem, or could tell me where the proration settings are.

MamaDuke7 Registered User, Daily Operations Certified, Advanced Operations Certified, Administrator Certified, myHub Certified ✭✭✭✭✭Make sure you are set for First of Month billing and not Anniversary Date. That is where the problem is going to come from. (With Anniversary Date, you always charge a full month at move in.)
Your software should already be setup that way, but if not, be sure that the correct button is chosen at move-in.

Many owners set it up that way.0
