Just curious if you can edit the proration amount manually?

I had a tenant move out and we don't normally prorate the rent if you move out earlier than rent is up. In this instance I was going to return to them $50 but  proration is $82.50.

We don't prorate out either, but I assume you could edit their anniversary date to back the days out. Or just process the $50 refund and credit the account the rest that is owed. I'm sure those who do prorate might have an easier fix.

You can't edit the prorate.  That's an internal calculation.  Just refund the $50 you want to and then clear the rest as unowed.
