pre liens for alternate not printing

I always have to go in and reprint one and adjust the address. This has only been happening since we started sending emails to customers as well as a letter for the preliens and liens. I am wondering if maybe I accidentally unclicked something important

Make sure that bottom box is checked.  This is found under Setup: Past Due Schedule: Preliminary Lien Notice.
