Putting a unit out of order

Can someone help me with putting a unit out of order? The boss has some of his stuff in a unit and its just a pain to try to remember what not to rent out with internet reservations coming through now Im afraid I will screw up. TIA!

you can also go to the map click the unit then click modify units at the bottom and click unrentable6

Also helpful to put a note in the "Unit Note" section saying what is in it or what it needs!

Only our corporate office can do this, so we "reserve" it as Not Available until they do the actual function and then cancel the reservation.0

If you go into SiteLink Leads to Lease, choose the units your boss is using, enter his name and enter an expiration date that goes out a month; review the leads to lease before month end if you need to extend that expiration date.1
