How do I mark a unit as overlocked in Sitelink? I'm new!

MamaDuke7 Registered User, Daily Operations Certified, Advanced Operations Certified, Administrator Certified, myHub Certified ✭✭✭✭✭Go into the customer account, click on Ledger Settings, and on the top right corner check the box that says overlocked.
However, in your setup, you choose the days past due that you want to overlock units. Then it will come up on your reminders list for all due to be locked that day. You select all and process and that tells Sitelink they are locked. Then when they pay up, it will give you a reminder to reverse the overlock.6
