if you are sending letters in the email for say an auction,     how do you have a managers signature on the form from your email

    You just use the keyword for employee's name, same as your signature question. This will autofill whoever was the employee that sent the email.

    anything that we email that has to do with an auction prelien and lien we also send them a letter. We don't do it for any other notice but those we do both
