We use open tech as well, works great for us and they are in Arizona. Some of my customers complain because the poor call center counselors can't pronounce Encinitas!

Open Tech here also, some of the counselors are better than others.  You can listen to the recorded conversation between the caller and the counselor, then call the customer back and have SOME idea of what they want or need.
